Agreement
By mere use of the ANNY website or mobile app, the User shall be legally contracting with ANNY and these Brand Terms & Conditions ("T&C") including the policies constitute the User's binding obligations with ANNY.
Changes to the Terms & Conditions of Usage of the ANNY Website or Mobile App
ANNY reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time without any prior written notice to the User.
By continuing to use the ANNY website or mobile app, the User will be deemed to accept the updated T&C and agrees to be bound by them.

Eligibility to Use the ANNY Website and Mobile App
Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and any other applicable law for this purpose.
Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and any other applicable law for this purpose, including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc., are not eligible to use the Website.
If you are a minor, i.e., under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a member of the Website. The Company reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Website if it is brought to the Company’s notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years or are otherwise "incompetent to contract".
If you are registering as or on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you are duly authorized by the business entity to accept this User Agreement and that you have the authority to bind that business entity to this User Agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights
The content of the ANNY website or mobile app is protected by copyright, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights by whatever name it is called.
A User may retrieve and display the content of the ANNY website or mobile app on a computer screen or handphone display screen, as the case may be, but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network.
A User may print a copy of the content for his/her personal (i.e., non-commercial) use, provided the User keeps intact all copyright and proprietary notices.
THE USER SHALL NOT OTHERWISE REPRODUCE, MODIFY, COPY, DISTRIBUTE, OR USE FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES ANY OF THE MATERIALS OR CONTENT ON THE ANNY WEBSITE WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM ANNY.
Copyrights and Trademarks
ANNY, its suppliers, and licensors hereby expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all contents, whether in the form of text, pictures, products, programs, processes, technology, and other materials, by whatever name called, which appear on the ANNY website or mobile app.
Access to the ANNY website or mobile app shall not confer and shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone any license under any of ANNY’s or any third-party's intellectual property rights. All rights, by whatever name called, including copyright, in the ANNY website or mobile app are owned by or licensed to ANNY.
Any use of the ANNY website or mobile app or its contents, including but not limited to copying or storing it, whether in whole or part, other than for the User's personal (i.e., non-commercial) use, is prohibited without the permission of ANNY.
The logos, names, design marks, slogans, tag lines, punch lines, and all related product and service names are trademarks or service marks of ANNY and its affiliates, partners, or suppliers. All such marks are the property of the respective companies.
Access to the ANNY website or mobile app does not authorize anyone to use any names, marks, products, or services of third parties or hypertext links to third-party websites. The information is provided solely for convenience and does not in any way constitute (including by implication) ANNY’s endorsement, recommendation, or sponsorship of any third party, information, product, or service.
ANNY is not responsible for the content of any third-party sites and does not make any representation regarding the content or accuracy thereof. If the User decides to link to any such third-party websites, the User does so entirely at his/her own risk.
All material on the ANNY website or mobile app, including but not limited to images, designs, icons, text, music clips, video clips, programs, downloads, and any other material, is intended solely for personal and non-commercial use. No right, interest, or title in any material or software is transferred to the User as a result of copying or downloading.
All software used on the ANNY website or mobile app is the property of ANNY or its licensees and suppliers and is protected by Indian and International Copyright Laws.
Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the contents of the ANNY website or mobile app, is strictly prohibited.
The compilation (i.e., arrangement, assembly, collection, or similar action) of the contents of the ANNY website or mobile app is the exclusive property of ANNY and is protected by Indian and International Copyright Laws.
Information Accuracy
The product images on our ANNY website or mobile app are for representation purposes only to enable the User to get a fair idea about the product(s). The actual product may vary in terms of appearance, packaging, etc.
The product images and descriptions provided on the ANNY website or mobile app are on an "AS IS" basis and without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. All information is believed to be accurate but is provided without any guarantee and is subject to change.
The image quality and colors of the product displayed on the ANNY website or mobile app shall depend on your display unit (for instance, monitor). We cannot guarantee that the display of any colors will be accurate.
ANNY excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all liabilities resulting from access to the ANNY website or mobile app, including without limitation any loss, whether financial or otherwise, or damage resulting directly or indirectly from any such reliance.
User Conduct and Content
The User hereby agrees to comply with all legal requirements of the jurisdiction in which the User is located (including the laws of India) for using the ANNY website and mobile app. The User acknowledges that the User is entirely responsible for ensuring familiarity with such legal requirements and compliance with the same.
We may provide the opportunity to Users to post questions, suggestions, comments, reviews, images, and other information (hereinafter referred to as the "User Content") on or through the ANNY website or mobile app, social media, telephone, e-mail, or otherwise disclosed or submitted in connection with the User's use of the ANNY website.
The User warrants that any User Content submitted is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others. The User grants ANNY a royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable right and license to use such User Content at ANNY’s discretion, including but not limited to copying, modifying, deleting, adapting, publishing, translating, creating derivative works from, and incorporating such User Content into any form, medium, or technology worldwide without further recourse or compensation to the User. The User waives any moral rights in such User Content.
ANNY may use any User Content for any purpose whatsoever and is under no obligation to:
[a] Respond to any User Content;
[b] Pay any compensation for any User Content; or
[c] Maintain any User Content in confidence.
The User agrees not to post any content that is immoral, defamatory, inflammatory, unlawful, or otherwise contrary to common decency. The User further agrees that submitted User Content shall not violate any third-party rights including copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights.
The User shall not transmit, publish, host, display, upload, modify, update, or share any information that:
- [a] Is false or misleading;
- [b] Impersonates another person;
- [c] Contains viruses;
- [d] Contains spam, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, or mass mailings;
- [e] Contains malware or harmful computer code;
- [f] Belongs to another person without rights;
- [g] Harms minors in any way;
- [h] Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, pornographic, invasive of privacy, racially or ethnically objectionable;
- [i] Violates any applicable law including money laundering, gambling, or unlawful activities;
- [j] Infringes copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights;
- [k] Misleads the recipient about the origin of the message;
- [l] Threatens the unity, integrity, security, defence, or sovereignty of India or any other country.
We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content. The User grants ANNY the right to use the User’s name in connection with such User Content.
The User remains solely responsible for the User Content and agrees to indemnify ANNY, its affiliates, and group companies against all claims resulting from such User Content. ANNY assumes no liability for any User Content submitted by Users or third parties.
Restrictions
The User agrees not to use or enable others to use the ANNY website or mobile app in any manner that:
- [a] Harms ANNY’s reputation, goodwill, or causes distress;
- [b] Discourages others from using the website or partnering with ANNY;
- [c] Is for unauthorized commercial purposes including marketing or advertising;
- [d] Involves spamming or phishing;
- [e] Attempts to test, scan, probe, or breach system security without authorization;
- [f] Gains unauthorized access to the website or user data;
- [g] Uploads malicious programs such as viruses, worms, trojans, spyware, etc.;
- [h] Alters, disrupts, or interferes with website functionality;
- [i] Forges TCP/IP headers or email information;
- [j] Is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, or impersonates others.
The above instances are illustrative only. ANNY reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation. In the event of a breach, ANNY may disable access to the website or mobile app without prior notice or explanation thereof.
Personal Information
We respect the User's privacy. Any personal information submitted by the User such as name, email address, phone number, debit/credit card number, or otherwise which identifies the User is considered personal information. Please do not provide any information if the User does not wish to provide the same.
All information provided by the User is protected in terms of our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy describes the types of information we gather online and how we use this information. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully. We update our Privacy Policy from time to time, and the User should refer to it before sharing any personal information.
If at any time the User does not agree with our Privacy Policy, the User shall write to us and we shall delete the User's personal information held by us. We are committed to protecting the User's personal information under our Privacy Policy.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User IDs and Passwords (whether on the ANNY website or mobile app or any third-party platform, for instance, net banking or debit/credit cards) and for any activity that occurs under the User's account.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the User’s failure to protect User IDs and Passwords. If the User knows or suspects unauthorized use of their password, they should notify us immediately through the contact details provided in this T&C.
If we believe there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the ANNY website or mobile app, we may suspend the User’s account without any liability.
Non-Confidential Information of the User
We do not wish to receive confidential, trade secret, or proprietary information through the ANNY website or mobile app. Any information, suggestions, ideas, comments, or materials sent to us by any means will be deemed non-confidential.
By submitting such information, the User grants us an irrevocable and unrestricted license to use, modify, reproduce, display, distribute, and transmit such information for any purpose whatsoever.
We commit that we will not use the User’s name in connection with such information unless we first obtain permission or are otherwise required by law to do so.
Account Creation and Registered User
If you use the Website as a Registered User, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Website registration form or provided by you as a visitor or user of a third-party site through which you access the Website.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, or not in accordance with this User Agreement, the Company has the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block access to your membership and refuse access to the Website.
Our Services, Orders, Pricing, and Payment
The Services shall include:
- [a] Use of the ANNY website or mobile app for purchase, delivery, and return of products;
- [b] Customer Support via email at happytohelp@styleanny.in or chat for queries related to purchases or products.
All prices on the ANNY website or mobile app are displayed in Indian Rupees or any legally recognized currency of the User’s country of residence. The User agrees to pay the full amount payable for the product, including shipping costs, charges, and applicable taxes.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
- [a] The item is out of stock;
- [b] There is a product or pricing error;
- [c] Payment authorization cannot be obtained;
- [d] Shipping restrictions apply to the User’s location;
- [e] At our sole discretion for any other reason.
If an order is not accepted, payment will not be processed or will be refunded. We are not liable for declining or suspending any transaction.
If pricing errors occur, we will attempt in good faith to resolve them. The User agrees that ANNY has sole discretion to determine the appropriate resolution.
Products will be sold at MRP (inclusive of taxes) or discounted prices (inclusive of taxes), unless specified otherwise. Prices and taxes are subject to change without prior notice. If invoiced above MRP, the User may contact Customer Care for a refund of the difference.
While using payment options, ANNY is not responsible for any loss arising from:
- [a] Lack of transaction authorization;
- [b] Payment processing issues;
- [c] Transaction declines;
- [d] Exceeding bank limits;
- [e] Technical or non-technical payment failures.
Payment options may include debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, etc. Acceptance of card payments is at ANNY’s discretion. We may request identity proof or KYC documents. Payment usage is subject to applicable laws and RBI guidelines.
We may evaluate customer buying and return behavior and reserve the right to process or restrict transactions where there is questionable activity.
We may limit the quantity or value of items purchased per person, household, account, card, billing address, or order at our sole discretion.
COD Charges
ANNY may levy a COD fee of Rs. 90/- on orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD). The COD Fee will be displayed on the shopping bag page and charged on the overall order value.
ANNY reserves the right to modify or waive the COD Fee. The fee shall be quoted in Indian Rupees.
ANNY may disable COD for accounts with high returns or refused shipments. Customers are responsible for providing accurate refund details. ANNY is not liable for incomplete refunds due to incorrect information provided by customers.
Discount E-Coupons
Discount E-Coupons are issued by Anny Lifestyle Private Limited and are subject to these T&C and individual coupon terms.
E-Coupons are non-transferable, cannot be resold, have no cash alternative, and carry an expiry date. We reserve the right to cancel or reject coupons where fraud or illegal use is suspected.
Use of an E-Coupon constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Shipping and Delivery
The User is responsible for providing a correct and accurate shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or failed deliveries.
Risk of loss and title of purchased products pass to the User upon delivery by our Logistic Partner.
ANNY is not responsible for delays, loss, missing products, or incorrect deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided by the User.
Claims regarding non-delivery or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours from the alleged delivery date shown on the ANNY portal. Failure to notify within this period will be deemed as delivered. ANNY disclaims liability for such claims after 5 days from the alleged delivery date.
In case of incomplete delivery or damaged products, please contact us immediately at happytohelp@styleanny.in or via the Support section of the app.
Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation
We offer a "No Question Asked" return policy which allows Users/Customers to return the product at the time of delivery or if they are not satisfied with the quality of the purchased product.
Refunds for order returns (whether total or partial) and cancellations (whether total or partial) shall be processed as per our "Return, Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy". All payments made by the User/Customer will be refunded in accordance with this policy.
If the User/Customer believes an incorrect refund has been issued, please contact us immediately at happytohelp@styleanny.in or via the Support chat.
Orders may be cancelled before they are packed. Users/Customers can contact Customer Care through chat within operational hours (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, all 7 days of the week).

Disclaimer & Warranties
The Company and its suppliers, affiliates, and service providers provide the Website and services on an "as is" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You expressly agree that your use of the Website is at your own risk.
The Company and its associates make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content or that the Website will operate error-free or uninterrupted.
Product Specific Warranty or Guarantee
Except for express representations and warranties stated in this section and in the specific product/service description:

Nothing in these T&C affects the User’s statutory rights. Use of products or services, including the ANNY website or mobile app, is at the User’s own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ANNY, its affiliates, group companies, suppliers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- [a] Your use of or access to the ANNY website or mobile app;
- [b] Your actions, inactions, or violation of these T&C;
- [c] Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright, proprietary, or privacy rights.
Under no circumstances shall ANNY or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, goodwill, data, business interruption, or computer failure, even if advised of the possibility of such damages arising from:
- [a] Use or inability to use the Website;
- [b] Reliance on Website content or information;
- [c] Information provided by the User;
- [d] Provision of services by us;
- [e] Acts or negligence on our part.
In no event shall ANNY’s liability exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific product giving rise to the claim. The User releases ANNY from all obligations exceeding this limitation.
This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these T&C and the User’s use of the ANNY website or mobile app.
Product Description
We attempt to be accurate in our product descriptions based on the information available to us. However, we do not warrant that the product description is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in the performance of any part of these Terms & Conditions due to any cause beyond our control and without our negligence or fault, including but not limited to: acts of God; civil or military authority; laws, regulations or changes therein; embargoes; pandemics; epidemics; war; terrorist acts; riots; insurrections; fire; explosions; natural calamities; man-made accidents (including nuclear accidents); strikes; power failures or blackouts; political unrest; environmental disturbances; severe weather conditions; acts of hackers or illegal third-party activities; non-availability of products or services; transportation or telecommunication failures; internet overload, slowdown, or third-party internet service provider issues.
Hyperlinks
Any link or reference to third-party websites on the ANNY website or mobile app is provided solely for user convenience. We are not responsible for the content, operation, privacy practices, or policies of such websites. We do not endorse, promote, or represent such third-party sites in any manner. Users access such linked websites at their own risk.
No Licence
Access to the ANNY website or mobile app shall not be construed as granting any license to use our intellectual property or the intellectual property of any third party licensed to us.
Right to Alter or Improve
We reserve the right to correct any error or omission, improve content, or modify the ANNY website or mobile app at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to alter, limit, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the website or services.
Suspension or Termination of User's Account
We may suspend or terminate a User’s account, wholly or partially, without prior notice, at our sole discretion if we believe the User has violated these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law, or acted in a manner harmful to ANNY or any third party. We shall not be liable for any such suspension or termination.
Use of Cookies
We may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance user convenience and improve operational efficiency. By using the ANNY website or mobile app, you consent to our use of cookies and related technologies.
Offensive Materials/Contents
Users acknowledge that while using the ANNY website or mobile app, they may encounter material that may be considered offensive, indecent, or objectionable. We (including our affiliates and group companies) shall not be liable for such materials.
User's Compliance with Law
Users shall ensure full compliance with all applicable laws at all times. Users agree not to engage in any transaction or activity that is prohibited under applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Any failure on our part to act on a breach of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of our right to act on that breach or any subsequent breach.
Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized use of the ANNY website or mobile app may result in claims for damages and/or criminal prosecution.

You agree that we may contact you via telephone, email, SMS, or other communication methods for the purpose of:
- Obtaining feedback regarding our Platform or Services;
- Obtaining feedback regarding other Users listed on the Platform;
- Resolving complaints, queries, or issues raised by other Users;
You agree to provide full cooperation in response to such communications.
By submitting suggestions or feedback regarding our Platform or Services, you agree that we may use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation and without any obligation to maintain confidentiality.
Grievance Redressal
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Company has implemented a grievance redressal mechanism to address consumer complaints effectively.

Consumers are encouraged to follow the structured grievance redressal process and escalation matrix for resolution of concerns.
Stage 1: Support Team
Submit complaints via the 'Contact Us' form or by emailing happytohelp@styleanny.in.
Each complaint will receive a unique ticket number within 48 (Forty-Eight) hours for tracking and correspondence. The support team will review and attempt to resolve the concern in an efficient, consumer-friendly manner.
Stage 2: Grievance Officer
If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction at Stage 1, or upon consumer request, the complaint may be escalated to the Grievance Officer.
The Grievance Officer will review the matter independently, coordinate further investigation if required, and aim to provide a reasoned resolution within the established timelines.
Stage 3: Nodal Officer
If the consumer remains dissatisfied with the Grievance Officer’s decision, a written escalation may be submitted to the Nodal Officer for final review.
The Nodal Officer is empowered to address unresolved concerns and ensure compliance with the Company’s legal obligations.
Timeline and Tracking
- Acknowledgment: All complaints are acknowledged within 48 (Forty-Eight) hours.
- Resolution: Each level of the escalation matrix aims to resolve complaints within 1 (One) month of receipt.
- Tracking: Complaint status can be tracked at any time using the provided ticket number.
- Transparency: The names and contact details of the Nodal Officer and Grievance Officer are published on the Company’s website for transparency and accessibility.
Consumers are advised to exhaust each step of the Company’s internal grievance redressal process to ensure fair and effective resolution of any query or complaint.
Interpretation & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, including any disputes arising from them, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where ANNY has its registered or primary business address.
In the case of India, these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon only.
