Return Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 03 days of delivery for most items in new condition.
Even though returning your order to us will absolutely break our hearts, it can be done in a few easy steps through your ANNY account on the website or APP.
Please follow the steps mentioned below to submit your return request —
Login to your account on ANNY website or APP from which you have placed the order. Go to the "My Account" section from the home page. Open "My Order' section and select the order you want to apply for return. In case of multiple products, apply for return for each product by selecting the products separately. Select the reason for return and write some details about the issue you have faced. Submit the request and relax.
Please Note —

The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped. Products returned in poor condition, or are clearly worn/damaged, will not be refunded. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Return the product(s) for which you have raised a return request. Any extra item returned will not be refunded. Please Note, Lingerie, Socks, Stockings, Swimwear & Beachwear are not returnable items.

Your pick-up address can only be the same address where we delivered your order. Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your ANNY account.

In case your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the item(s) to be returned via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure that you place a sheet of paper with details of the Order ID and Return/Exchange ID in the package.

We only provide Return as of now for an order. For Size Exchange, you need to order again post initiating the return.
When will I receive my refund ?
For prepaid orders, we offer a full refund to the original mode of payment (bank account, credit card, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued in the form of store credits. These credits will be shared as a gift code via your registered email ID on the same day your return is picked up. The gift code comes with lifetime validity. Please note, we do not provide refunds for COD orders at the moment.
Once your return is approved and the refund is initiated, please allow 2–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
